I had purchased two of the smart jars, one small and one large. The large one worked great however the small one the humidity sensor did not work at all. I was using the Integra humidity packs that I had purchased as well. I sent an email in regards to this, Blair responded, and sent me out a new smart jar in the small size which is working great! Thanks! Ben
