Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange a return or exchange. We will provide you with a shipping label, (US Only).
If you receive a defective product we will replace it, and we will pay for shipping both the return and the replacement. If you purchased your product at a retailer, please return it to them. If for some reason they can not replace it, we will.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you want to return a product for a refund, the product must be returned in sellable condition within 30 days of your purchase. We will pay for return shipping (US only), and will credit your card after we receive the return. We don't reimburse shipping that you paid on your original order.
If you want to exchange for something else, the easiest method is to return the unwanted product for a refund and simply place a new order.
